INCA INCHII is a peanut of Incan Kings, originating to Peruvian Amazonia, has been a part of Peruvian Indians´ diet for over 3000 years and has been used for medicinal purposes as well. The seeds of Inca Inchi are appreciated for their high oil (54 %) and protein (29 %) content. The Peruvians relish them baked or add them to a corn meal to prepare foundation for other dishes. The leaves of Inca Inchi make a great salad.
